Yes Calvary is the oldest cemetery in San Diego and through the wonderful work of the Historical society I was able to trace my husband's ggggranfather who was an original settler in Old Town San Diego..kind of bitter sweet since the cemetery was distroyed for a park in the 70's...but because of that the Historical Society is a very ambitious group and has done wonderful work in putting names and histories to almost all the graves at Calvary.
