Another g.g grandparent (John Netherton) in Bullitt Co. KY got a county payment each year (beginning 1881) for a neighbor to supply him and his wife with food. "It is ordered that the paupers of Bullitt County be taken care of by the lowest and best bidder for one year beginning 15 October 1883.
