Dear Listers, Did I read somewhere that one nice person on the List has a Louisville directory for the years 1870 and 1880? If so, where was Charles Augustus Fiske living? His wife's name was something like Rose Anna or Rosanna. I am writing an article about using tax records to locate people. But the obvious question is, "why not use city directories?"
