According to an old Caron's Directory: Bullitt St., from Main north to Water, west of 4th Street. However, the numbers run from 103 to 146. The exact date of this directory is not known, however, I believe it's from around 1916. Water Street entries: Water Street, from Shelby East to Campbell, north of Franklin Street Water Street, from 1st Street west with river to 10th street and from Canal Locks Portland, west to city limits. (1st to 5th, then 33rd to 36th Street) This location today would be under the present day Galt House Hotels and the Belvedere. Hope this helps some. Glenn.
