Barbara, I think I can help. Mary FOX was a daughter of Jacob FOX and Eliza BIGGS, my g-g-g-grandparents. She was born ca. 1824, probably in Bullitt County, Kentucky. She married William D. GILMORE on 7 August 1842 in Jefferson County, Kentucky. William died before 1858, because I found Mary listed in the Louisville City Directory for 1859/60 as "wid. of William".
