    2. St. Louis Cemetery is in quite good shape. The records are maintained at the Catholic Cemeteries office, which is located at Calvary Cemetery. St. Louis, St. Michael's and Calvary are all close to each other, and in pretty good shape. St. John's, the oldest catholic cemetery for which records exist, is in the west end of the city, and has not fared so well.

    2. I think this is either a parking lot or part of the Courier-Journal Building. There is a house still standing across the street that is a historical home--the Brennan House. It is owned by the Opera Society, and is open for tours. I think it dates to the 1850's. Alex
