I am thinking that I saw an article about that in one of the publications of the Kentucy Genealogy Society. You might contact them for old copies. I don't remember the name but was a publication you get when a member and it was white. (maybe Heritage?)

You might try to the Archive Library in Frankfort, Kentucky. This is the main Holdings library for County and Circuit Records for the State. They would be able to help you. Jeff
