(Sorry to bother the list with this, but Don's email address ToodlesNTaz@webtv.net "bounced"...) Hello, Don. We exchanged emails earlier this year about some papers you have from a house that belonged to John Wm PEEBLES. Some of the papers concerned W.D. SENTER, a person who had the same surname as Oregon/Oregan SENTER daughter-in-law (and her mother Caroline SENTER) of my Great Grandparents John and Lucy HUTCHINSON. While reviewing yesterday some Graves Co. census records for my cousin Roberta, I ran across a possible PEEBLES connection. Roberta's ancestor is Sarah Jane (HUTCHINSON) MYERS, John Hutchinson's sister. Roberta had copied a 1870 Graves census record for a white household (113/115, Boswells Precinct, Post Office Fa--y Fa---y [can't read it]) of John PEEBLES, Farmer, age 76. In John Peebles household is Senisa/Leona (? - can't read it) MYERS, age 36. I don't know how Senisa/Leona may be related to Sarah Jane H. MYERS, but I think is all a bit too much to be just a coincidence. The W.D. SENTER paper you scanned and sent to me has the dates 1858-1864 on it. John Robert HUTCHINSON was married to Oregan SENTER by 1880. Do you have anything more amongst the PEEBLES papers that might shed light on all of this? As you know, Graves Co. is a Black Hole when it come to records, so we have to follow every clue. Thank you for your help. Debra Lowe
