Anyone finding a lost great great grandpa Jefferson Davis Cook born ca 1861 (some records state in Calloway Co, KY) and died 1916 in Ballard County, KY - he married Mary Emma Roach in Ballard County and had 5 children .. David Iley, William O., and Jasper Marvin and 2 children that I have not yet found. The 1900 Census finds Mary Emma Cook listed as a widow in West Bardwell (Carlisle County, KY) ..
