My friends - As we resume data posts today, we are going to return to our review of the Graves County Vital Statistics birth records in the 1852-1859 time frame. In prior segments of this series, we had worked our way to the year 1855, and we will continue with that year today. If you see a name which is of interest to you, and you would like the complete dataset for that person(which includes the date of birth, the sex of the child if not obvious and the name of the father and maiden name of the mother), please drop me a note and I will get that information off to you. Today's listings below will be on the short side, as I am preparing to leave for the JP region on Thursday morning and I have a number of loose ends to tie up here before Thursday arrives, so my time is very tight at the moment.
