Does anyone have access to a tax roll that could tell me when my grandparents first appeared in KY? His name was James Wister ELLEDGE and his wife was Georgia Ann. I know they were in Fulton, KY, about 1926 and could have been there as early as 1922. They may have lived in Water Valley, KY, before moving to Fulton.
