    2. Ms. Adams, Please tell my favorite "cousin," Maria Jane, that I said, "Hello." And, thanks, to you, for sending the message, and all the others, too. I do not think that Bill Utterbach mentioned anything over and above the pension application information. However, John Bone, Jr., was also listed with the SC Line. It is this association that I find interesting. John Bone testified for Jesse Messhew in 1834, when he applied for the pension. I'm searching. Might be far out. By the way, Maria Jane, I plan on retiring come the first of February, and I want to further study our "stone wall"......who were Jesse's parents. When I send my "Christmas Note," I will send some notes that I have on land records, and propose a theory or two as to possible connections. Have you heard from Howard Meshew lately?
