Dear Marsha, My great-aunt Cordelia Ann Miller (1852, Calloway Co., KY-2890, Dallas Co., TX) m 2 Jul 1868 Hezekiah Thomas Mathis (1837, KY-1903, Eastland Co., TX). Cordelia was the dau. of George W. Miller & Martha Ann Martin of Cal. Co. When George came to Dallas Co., TX in Oct 1870, his son-in-law & dau. & their baby Jennie Gilbert Mathis came too. Also in the party were Sanford Carroll Miller & Leander Miller, Geo. W.'s single brothers. My grandmother, Aura Leah Miller, was 3 yrs. old. H.T. Mathis was the son of Josiah & Jane Mathis of the 1850 Henry Co., TN census 13th Dist. HH #101-103.
