Hello folks, "Kirkin' of the Tartans" was celebrated at First Presbyterian Church today in conjunction with the Scots Festival held this weekend in Paducah. Several visitors to Paducah were present and we were glad for their being in our worship service. This was an experience that will not be forgotten ... quite a special occasion. Highlights of the service ... the prelude and recessional were accompanied by the piper, Ed Merritt; and "The Calling of the Clans" was made by Bob Valentine (of the Clan Gordon).
