Richard, Records can be carried to the State archives in Nashville if they have any connection to TN. They copy, keep a clopy, and give you one to place in any Library that you select. They do not charge anything and will make as many copies as you like for a fee. I have forgotten the charges for each tape. I would contact my State Archive.
