SARAH was born November 23, 1874 in Carlisle County and died of Influenza on March 5, 1948 in the Jones Clinic in Fulton, Fulton County, Kentucky. Sarah's father was WILLIAM H. BURGESS and her mother was LOUISA HARDIN. The informant on the death certificate was MRS. LILLIAN LUTHER who resided at 114 So. 9th, Mayfield, Kentucky.
