My friends - Although our last data post was also in Marshall County, I have some newspaper snippets for the 1890's from that County, and will start a new series from those today. These snippets are primarily in the 1890's. As is the case with all snippets, it may be anything from a notice that someone is visiting to a long death notice or a wedding announcement. If nothing else, they give us a flavor of life in those days.
