This is a bit of a shot in the dark. Three HUTCHINSON sisters, all born in Graves County, KY, were married in Clay County, TX in the 1880s after their family moved there about 1879. Two of the men who married them, Robert Humphreys and Charles Colley, were from Graves County. I'm wondering if the third man, J.R. ELLIOT, was also from Graves Co. I've noticed several ELLIOTs listed in the Graves Co. tax rolls in the 1870s and 1880s. So, if any ELLIOT researcher has a J. R. ELLIOT who married on 26 Jan 1883 Margaret Laluria "Lura" HUTCHINSON, b. 9 Feb 1855, near Stubblefield, Graves Co, KY, d. ? (after 1900), I'd be happy to share Hutchinson family information.
