My friends - As I continue my stay in Dallas, I am going to move over to Graves County and post some additional newspaper snippets from the late 1870's into the early 1880's. The list below is not a long one, due to time constraints that I face here in having adequate computer time to respond to requests for these snippets' texts. I must again request that no more than 3 snippet texts be requested, due to the length of some of these, which adds significantly to the time element involved in responding. As I always note in the case of these newspaper snippets, it is a bit of "pot luck" insofar as what they may contain. It may be nothing more than a one-liner about someone visiting someone else, or it may be a full paragraph describing a wedding or a death.
