I cannot give exact boundaries, but in general terms, the area around New Concord in the southeast part of the country made up a good part of Magisterial District # 2. I believe District 2 was called Concord Precinct and North Liberty and District 3 was called South Liberty. Maybe someone will be able to better define the area for you.
