Stephens/Stevens was committed to an institution for the insane, and that he died there. I believe before 1890, because his wife, Luanna Nunn Stephens/Steven remarried about that time. He lived in Jackson County, Kentucky. Does anyone know who I can contact to find information about this? Or the name of an institution for the insane that served Jackson County, KY?
