Hello list and happy holidays to all. I sent a post awhile ago from another screen name but did not get it back, so i am sending the same post from this screen name in hopes it gets thru. I am looking for school records for Peoples and Letterbox for the years 1944 thru 1950. My father (Leonard Felix Parker) was born in Peoples and attended school there and Letterbox. I would really appreciate any info or help in the right direction . Would also be interested in any photos of the school(s) also. My dads great uncle Walter Parker owned a store here in Peoples to. Hi Lonnie! I'd love to find school records for Letterbox too, from mid 1930's forward. Dad went to school those years and I'm not sure he remembers the school name correctly. One time he says it was just Letterbox School and then he says it was called Black Lick School. Do you have any ideas? He lived on what is now Black Lick Rd., PO used to be Parrott but is now McKee.
