His brother, John, was the husband of Sarah Bell Sea. William was born in 1850, 2 years earlier than John. He grew up in the Horse Lick area of Jackson County, but moved to Disputanta in Rockcastle County where he raised his family. His son James married a Nancy Lake from the same area of Jackson County as the Seas. William died in 1914, five years after writting this will. The Nora that wittnessed the will was either his daughter, or the daughter of John. My records show they both had a daughter Nora, born in 1892 and 1893, but they may have been one and the same.
