Born January 24, 1939, she was the daughter of Harrison and Tressie Mullins Seals. She was married to Donald Richey who survives. Also surviving is one daughter, Kimerly Sue Richey, at home one sister, Thelma Baker, Loveland, Ohio, two brothers, Carl and Clayton Seals, her mother Mrs. Tressie Seals, Dabolt, Ky. Services were held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Bond Baptist Church by Rev. Bill King. Burial was in the Seven Pines Cemetary at Dabolt under the direction of Justice & Lakes Funeral Home.
