I believe Eliza Frances to be the daughter of Eli Rector and Sarah Unknown that were in the 1850 Owsley County Census. I believe Eli to be the older brother of Thomas Rector in the 1860 and 1870 Jackson County census, and a brother of Phillip Rector in the 1850 Owsley Census, and died in Rockcastle County 1860. Phillip was the first husband of my great grandmother, Matilda Mahaffey Durham. Anything you could provide for Eliza Frances or Pal Van Winkle may help to make these Rector connections.
