I am searching for info and ancestors for the James(1868 to 1933) and Emma Pigg(1869 to 1930) Neeley family, first in Jackson County, and, second in Laurel County. Their children are Samuel 'Oscar', James 'Luther', George, John, and Della. I have not found a direct link but I believe that Jame's parents are David and Mahala Neeley of Jackson County.
