I do live in Colorado but have spent a fair amount of time in Oklahoma. An aunt on my mother's side lived in Chickasha for 70 years and my maternal grandmother. Thanks for the info on Godfrey and Louvernie's burial. It is amazing how quickly we are getting information thanks to you and others on this board. We have never researched the Gabbard side at all. My sister and I visited the former home of Katie in Lawton at 7 N. 6th just a few years ago. It is a beauty shop now. Katie and Jacob had one son, Glenn Bishop Gabbard. Glenn (my dad) married Ruth T. Goodknight and had 2 girls - me (Glenda R.now Holmes) and Carol L.
