He was born Dec. 26, 1946, in Jackson County, Ky., to William and Anna Lamb Burke and lived here since 1957. Jimmy is survived by his two children, Jaime and husband Mark Sevier of Marion and James "Jimmy Lee" Burke of Pensacola, Fla.; three grandchildren; four brothers William Burke of Richmond, Donald Burke of Fountain City, Lawrence Burke and Omer Burke of Richmond; one sister, Sharon Gipson of Fountain City; his half sister, Patsy Thompson of Richmond; nieces and nephews. His parents and one brother, Otis Burke, are deceased. Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m. Monday, April 24, 2006, at Goshen Cemetery, with Rev. Tom Brown officiating. Burial will be in Goshen Cemetery. Friends may call noon-1 p.m. Monday at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home, 222 N. 10th St., Richmond.
