Vital Stats book I have: COLLINS, Loucinda birthdate: 3-9-1874 birthplace: Clay Co., KY Father: Robert COLLINS birthplace: Harlan Co., KY Mother: Jane BATES birthplace: Clay Co., KY Res: Clay Co., KY I looked at every birth of a COLLINS baby and there were no others that mentioned a Robert COLLINS. And, there were no Clay Co. deaths that mentioned the father being Robert COLLINS. Joyce Taylor Collins La Palma, CA p.s.
