By doing a great many interviews, I am convinced this is he had William Carpenter Gabbard illigit. I found this William many years ago going thru gads of death certificates. I think I may have been the first to figure it out. This William had always been put in the Gabbard family with Gabbard parents. Email me direct if you can and will help as I can. Rod
