I saw your post a couple of days ago and didn't think we were connected because you said your Allen was born in 1860 in North Carolina. The Isaac LUNSFORD Arlena talks about was married to (#2) Eliza COTTRELL in 1850. They had: Martha b.1851 George b1853 Henry b 1855 Jesse b1858 **ALLEN b 1860** Mary b1863 Nancy b1864 The children were all born in Kentucky. I don't have any information on Allen, but do know that he is the son of Isaac and his second wife. His children from his first wife were all born by 1839. I descend from his oldest son from the first marriage, William born c1823. William also married a Susan LUNSFORD...hmm....I see a pattern here! Please let me know if I can be any help to you.
