Rosa was born 14Sept1895 and died soon thereafter 10Dec1897. Rosa's father was Senator Wiliam H Clark but Rebecca never married William. Both Rebecca and Rosa are buried in the Fox Cemetery near Drip Rock. I suspect that Icie Mckinney was the daughter of one of Rebecca's brothers. I have no information to back that up. I would appreciate any information about Rebecca's brothers and sisters and their children. The Mckinney family lived in or around McKee.
