The Summers connect to the Forbis/Fabush family through the Tussey's. John S Tussey married Elizabeth Forbis/Fabush of Laurel Co KY. Elizabeth is a daughter of William Forbis JR and Adeline Parker who married March 1, 1845 Laurel Co KY. William Forbis JR is a brother to my gggrandmother Anna Forbis-Henson (married to George W Henson, George b abt 1799 NC). George Henson was found in the 1828 Laurel Co KY Tax List and by 1860 left Laurel/Jackson Co KY for Webster/Maries Co MO. Another way the Summers connect to the Forbis/Fabush/etc is through the Lear family. Thomas Lear married Druscilla Forbis (a sister to my gggrandmother Anna Forbis) on April 06, 1834 Laurel Co KY and they had a son John T. Lear who married a 'Deborah Summers' in June 1854 Laurel Co KY (who is Deborah Summers?). So you see there are connections all-around to the Summers family line which also connects to my George W Henson line of Laurel Co KY. Thanks for sharing.
