Told me that a John Alcorn is buried in a ditchline down on Gravel Lick Rd. Story is that he had some trouble or arguments with a Lakes family and requested that when he died, he wanted to be buried in this ditch so that when the Lakes went up or down this road, he could cuss them as they went by. His family honored his wishes and buried him there. Which John Alcorn, I have no idea but guessing it was the husband of Margaret Brockman.
