Died young, didn't he? No, don't copy all that. Chances are that we have it all already. I found Mrs. Meyer, too, and you are correct-- she is great granddaughter of Peter Hamilton Vories. Changed the name back to Voorhees apparently. Thanks for your help. I am wondering what other genealogical work Mrs. Meyer did. Is it all there in the library in Henry County? I will check to see what she sent in to the Van Voorhees Association. I'm not trying to reinvent the wheel here; just checking to see that there aren't any gross mistakes. Is there an obituary for Mrs. Meyer? I have no children listed for her, and no death date. Last thing I have is 1932 when she joined the Association. Ann
