He was born in Kentucky, Henry Co., I think. Jonathan had a brother, Washington Rice(b. 2-24-1819 & d. 6-25-1880). I believe Jonathan and Washington's parents were Jonathan Rice and Rebecca Reynolds, but I'm not sure. Does anyone have any info on this family? Thanks!!
