The children of William Sutherland and Lucille Raisor are Charlie, who married Dora Miles, Elizabeth (Nettie) who married Author Wilhite, Garfield, Julia Catherine (Kate) who married George Banta. Kate who married George Banta is my great grandmother, taught school in Henry Co for 41 years she graduated from Central Normal College in 1897 and started teaching in Henry Co in July of 1897. She was born in Lockport KY.
