Can anyone tell me about the John Pryor who was a Justice of the Peace for Henry County in the Probate Court in February 1823??? I am searching for a John A. Pryor, born about 1750 VA who was in Henry about this time, his children married COLE, FARLEY, NEWMAN, ROBERTS, STEVENS, TANNER, TYSON'S there about 1802+. I think he was married to Martha VAUGHN. I saw where a John Pryor, Justice, Probate Court, Henry County 1823 handled an estate for Daniel Farley. My John A. Pryor named his son born 1799 KY Daniel Farley Pryor and I've been researching the connection. Daniel Farley was a Justice of the Peace, Sheriff, member of Cornstalk Militia in Henry County from 1798+. Thanks so much for any suggestions.
