I am looking for birth, christening, marriage or death records for John Ryan Penn. John Ryan is listed in 1850 Franklin Co. census living with his mother, Mary Penn and brother Charles. John R. Penn and Mildred Swetnam married 9/10/1870, but I do not have a copy of the marriage certificate. John Ryan Penn is listed in Henry County 1880 census living in Pleasureville with Elizabeth and Joseph Thurman in household #60. My notes about Joseph Penn and his brother Charles: Joseph Penn b abt 1796 in Bedford, PA died March 1857 (also have bet 1840/1852.) Son of Benjamin Penn and Rebecca Ryan. Joseph Penn and his brother Charles settled across the river from each other near Stoney Creek, Kentucky. Joseph married Mary Winter and Charles married Margaret Winter (1809). Charles and Margaret had 11 children and lived in Franklin County, KY.
