I believe strongly that he is brother to my James Fox, listed 1850 Henry County, age 44, married and born PA. By 1860, James and family had moved on to Livingston County, KY which is just beyond Daviess and Ohio Counties. I found no furthur mention of John, so the query I read of his marriage to Eliz and death before 1853 ( necessary in order for Eliz to marry John Ford) held logic for me. I have no data to support marriage of Elizabeth Wells to John Fox, only the statement of that marriage made on this site by another researcher. I have the Henry County History book and it gives considerable data on your Littleberry (Littlebury) Wells, born 3 Apr 1762 in Dinwiddie Co, VA and his father Michael. Henry County Will Book 9, Pg 1, Will of Littleberry Wells, probated 1848 lists Coleman as one of his children. I would appreciate any help you can send my way on A! NY mention of Fox listed in Henry, Daviess or Ohio Counties.
