Did you do much research on the Rice families? The one I'm concerned about - I can't find the parents of Susannah Rice m. my John Troxell. I know she was widowed (1860 census) and lived next door to old Susan Moore Rice, widow of Col.Wm.M. Rice. Neither could I identify his parents. I can not figure just how Susannah is kin to old Col. Wm. M. Rice & his widow, Susannah Moore. It was said that their is another Rice connection in this Moore & Rice, but I can not figure it out. I'll check on my info that I have on the marriages Re: Adams. It around here somewhere in 11 boxes!!
