He was married twice but not to a Native American. I have records of ten children, but none with that name. However he did have a grandson, also named Joshua by his son John, and the only records I have of him show he was born circa 1843 with no death date and no record of marriage. I'ts possible that that is your Joshua and my records of the Wallace's shifted to the Aldridge family whom Joshua's granddaughter Leuticia Jane married into.
