The 1900 census index has just been added to HeritageQuestOnline.com. This is available IN libraries that subscribe including the Kentucky Historical Society. Due to licensing agreements, the 1900 census in not available outside the libraries even though the other censuses can be accessed remotely. HeritageQuestOnline.com is a wonderful resource for genealogists since it includes the census images and indexes for 1790-1820, 1860, 1870, 1900, 1910, and 1920. The Kentucky Historical Society also subscribes to AncestryPlus which has indexed the census for 1790-1850, parts of 1860 & 1870, 1880, existing 1890, 1920 and 1930. With the addition of the 1900 census, ALL US census are now indexed and are available online at the Kentucky Historical Society library.
