There is a great index to Kentucky Births starting in 1911 available at: http://www.vitalsearch-ca.com/php/tbl_select_txbiygen.php3?server=1&db=vitalsearchca&table=kybirths_99&goto=db_details-a.php3 It's starts in 1911, like the Kentucky Death Index. You can fill in any part of the form and it will open a new window with matching info. The code for Carroll is CARRL, Gallatin is GLLTN, Owen is OWEN, Henry is HENRY, and Trimble is TRMBL. Click on the top of the columns to sort results by that column. On my computer it sometimes skips past the results and fails to open an advertisement and a "cannot display" window pops up. I click on the "back" button in the new window to get the results. The code for Carroll is CARRL, Gallatin is GLLTN, Owen is OWEN, Henry is HENRY, and Trimble is TRMBL. Better take a look at it before the privacy nuts get it shut down, like the one in California was. Or it turns into a fee-based service.
