How might I best access guardianship and court records for Henry County during that time period? I contacted the State Library and Archives only to learn that their microfilmed records are not available on interlibrary loan. LDS's listings on familysearch do not cite guardianship records. Do you have any suggestions? I live in Jackson TN and will not be able to visit your area any time in the remotely near future. Are their any published indices for those records?
