I can't tell you how nice it is to even have the slightest clue as to where my mysterious Angeline came from. There is a definite possiblity that she is my Angeline, since Angeline's daughter was named Mary Ann. Angeline likely died in childbirth so it seems all the more fitting and touching that after her death John Albritton lovingly named his daughter after his lost beloved. ~sigh~ The one thing I like about geneology is the ability to fantasize as you will. There is a Mary A. Foree listed in the female members of the church from 1831 up to 1857. Does anyone know of a Angeline possibly Foree who was b. 1835 in possibly NC. She was married to a John M. Allbritton/Albritton of Henry, Calloway and Graves Co., Ky. She is listed in the 1870 census of Graves Co., Ky with her husband, his children from a previous marriage and a William Forshee b. abt. 1853, Mary Forshee b. abt. 1858 and Nancy E. b. abt. 1859. I don't know if the Forshee's were her Nephews and Nieces, Sisters and Brothers or even children from a previous marriage. Legend had it that Angeline was half Cherokee. Does anyone know of this woman? I have been looking for her for 8 or so years now and am REALLY ready to find her. Any help would be appreciated. TIA, Katherine

His older brother Jesse seems to be missing. Jesse had a daughter Sarah in my line who was married in Henry County in 1811 to John Tracy. There appear to be two Sarah Foree's in the early membership. So I wonder if Jesse may have been a member. He was from Bedford, not far across the county line in Trimble County. However if she was married in Henry County, I would expect her and Jesse to be part of the church with the rest of the family. Any Foree relatives who might know?
