    1. Re: [KYHenryCo.] George Soros
    2. Excuse me-- This is a genealogy forum--not a political forum for you to express your views. Irregardless of what I personally believe--this is for genealogy. During an election year all kinds of radicals crawl out to express their views (as is their right). Thinking, smart American women don't pay any attention to them & still vote their minds. But GOD HELP US!!! IF Bush & Kerry is the BEST this country has to offer--we are in very bad shape!!!! It is like voting for Dumb & Dumber. One isn't much better than the other in my estimation. 3. TO ALL THINKING AMERICANS: I don't know if you saw any part of the Democratic "Taking Back America" Convention in early June, but you should have. Mizzzz Hillary introduced George Soros as the principal speaker and a "Great American". George Soros is a Hungarian born naturalized American who made his fortune in dubious ways. He was tried in England for stock manipulation and almost brought down a couple of small countries with his money. With that said, what does HE say be believes? - God does NOT exist, therefore Christians are all extremist. - George Bush is a Christian, therefore, he MUST be defeated. - He equates the prison scandal in Iraq with the 9/11 terrorist attack on the USA. At the "Taking Back America" Conference, he stated: - that all drugs should be legal. - He believes in abortion on demand. - He believes in euthanasia. - He thinks the majority of American voters are stupid, otherwise they would vote Democratic. He has donated $16 million to " www.moveon.org <http://www.moveon.org> ", an organization dedicated to bringing down our Commander in Chief. So much for campaign finance laws reform. He stated he was prepared to spend $70 million to bring down Bush if necessary. He also stated he would "destroy the American economy and put people out of work" if George Bush was reelected. THIS MAN IS THE BENEFACTOR OF KERRY AND THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY. IS THIS THE PARTY THAT HAS AMERICA'S BEST INTEREST AT HEART?? I DON'T THINK SO. IT IS ALL ABOUT LIBERAL POWER THAT WILL ULTIMATELY DESTROY THIS COUNTRY IF WE CONTINUE TO ELECT PEOPLE LIKE KERRY, KENNEDY,CLINTON, LEVIN, DASHCLE, PELOSI, ET AL THINK ABOUT IT FRIENDS... AND IF THIS UPSETS YOU, PASS IT ON.

    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/4AB.2ACI/578 Message Board Post: To Whom It May Concern: My name is Lauren Bobier and I am an editor with Arcadia Publishing in Charleston, SC. I hope that you can offer me some guidance and assistance. As the editor responsible for all of our Kentucky titles, I'm very interested in informing Henry County area historians, genealogists, archivists, community leaders, and museums about the opportunities that we offer. We publish a popular series of photographic histories called Images of America, which chronicles the histories of communities, towns, and neighborhoods throughout the country. I do want to emphasize that, unlike many local history publishers, we are not a vanity press. Rather, we finance the entire publication and pay royalties to the author, which makes it a great fundraiser for organizations. I am interested in adding a photographic history of Henry County to our 2005 program. If you would like to receive more information about our company and a complimentary book as a gift and a reference, I will be happy to put together a package and mail it to you. Please pass along my contact information to anyone else you know who might be interested in working on a photographic history of Henry County. Thank you for your time and I hope to hear from you soon! Lauren Bobier Acquisitions Editor Arcadia Publishing, 420 Wando Park Blvd., Mt.
