I have had it happen 3 times. In one case I know they moved because I looked at the land records and found him buying land in a near by county and the deed said what county he came from. Another case where the woman was listed with her parents and a 2nd time with her husband and the same children. Another case in a different state, an older couple who had evidently moved and they were listed in two different twps. in the same county all in the same year. Margie
