Dear Henderson Rooters First I would like to say that I am so glad that you have your own list. That's great. My paternal roots are in Henderson. The information that I am searching for so far has been very elusive. From researching in the Henderson County library I found information stating that Edwin Gilpert Hall was mayor of the city of Henderson at the outbreak of the Civil War and resigned shortly afterwards.
