Jul 30, 1895 Hopkinsville Kentuckian MRS JAMES WILLIAMS wife of the proprietor of the Sebree House has brought suit against J.B. YONTS, a saloonist of this place for the sume of $5,000. The petition claims that she has notified said Yonts not to see her husband whisky and that he has continued to do so and the petition claims also that Williams' family has been damaged and prays the court to grant a judgement in the sum of $5,000.
